#1. Follow your gut! If you walk in and you get a bad or a good feeling listen to what your gut is telling you. This is a major purchase don't settle for something, or try to convince yourself if it's not meant to be.
#2. You feel like you're in the right place! Whether it's the kitchen or the bedroom, or another room, you'll have a huge attraction to that space and within seconds of seeing it you'll begin to comfortable like the space speaks to you.
#3. You feel like it's already yours! You'll find flaws and immediately start defending the home and try to flip the flaw into a positive.
#4. You feel like you need to tell everyone about it! When you feel like you found the right home, you'll catch your self bragging about it all over social media. Every Tom, Dick, and Harry you encounter you'll feel the need to sing about it to them!
#5. Its fits all your criteria! If a home that suits all of your families and your needs, sweeps you off your feet and makes you want to sing with all the birds outside then you may want to make a move on that home.
